Ingredients: Skim A2 Protein Milk Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate (from milk), Colostrum (from milk), Fructo-Oligosaccharid (FOS), Galacto Oligosaccharide (GOS), Lactoferrin (from milk).

Add 1-2 sachet to 50ml of drinking water, milk, juice or smoothie.
