When purchasing your product we believe it is important to keep you up to date with the order process. At Supplement Warehouse we keep you up to date with your order request. We have experienced personal overseeing your order ensuring prompt delivery. Should you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping, please contact us.

Supplement Warehouse uses Australia Post and other courier services for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Therefor we cant send to PO BOX numbers. If you only have a PO BOX number let us know before you place an order. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

Courier service will provide a calling card if there is nobody to accept the delivery, you will have to call and arrange a time to redeliver or pick up from your local courier office.


Order will be sent out within the time frame shown after payment has been processed,(depending if the product is available, if not it will be placed on back order and you will recieve it when it is available in stock)

Orders made before 2:00pm will be shipped that day.
Orders will be sent out by Australia Post and fastways Couriers.
Once an order has been processed a confirmation will be sent out to you via email.
Please allow a further 6 days if paying by cheque or money order to allow funds to clear.

We provide a Flat rate for delivery of $9.95 for deliveries within major towns and cities around Australia. Customers outside major cities may incur additional delivery costs. (All states except NSW limited up to 5 kilograms, extra $3.30 over 5kg). states such as NT or WA may incur an extra fee, you will be notified of any extra shipping fees, if you are unsure please give us a call on 1300 438 244 to confirm the shipping cost.
