You may have heard recently about a substance causing a real buzz in the sports nutrition industry called 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone (or Methoxy for short). Being touted as the biggest supplement discovery since Creatine, along with the amazing claims that go with it, Methoxy has a lot to live up to. Is it all just hype?
